Education and Experience
- Knowledge acquired through a minimum of sixty credit hours in an Associate or Baccalaureate educational program.
(Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration or related field is desired).

Salary
- Salary Range is based on a five step/year progression to top salary.
Previously Certified Police Officers are provided a one step increase for every two years of full time certified police officer employment up to a top entry level placement to Step 4 upon their hire.
